VILLA NORTH

Villa South, Turkey's popular holiday resort, located in the center of Fethiye. Very closed to Markets, health centers, ATMs petrol station. Also villa is only 1.Km to Fethiye’s most famous strip which you can do your morning walk by the sea and you can visit many restaurants and coffe shop’s. Villa South has  indoor pool, fitness room, modern and attracts attention with its quality home decoration items. Our triplex villa with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people has a sheltered swimming pool in a conservative concept. Ideal for big families and groups of friends, our villa has a sports room for you to stay fit during your holiday. Villa South is located next to Villa North and is ideal for our guests who want to book 2 villas together.
Our guests who want to use the heated pool between November 1st and May 1st are charged 500TL extra per week.
This year, a sauna will be added to our villa next to our indoor pool.

1st Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is a family bedroom. There is 1 double bed in the bedroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dresser, en-suite bathroom and exit to the balcony. (1st floor)
2nd Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is a family bedroom. There is 1 double bed in the bedroom, wardrobe, dresser, en-suite bathroom and exit to the balcony. (1st floor)
3rd Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is a young bedroom. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser and bathroom / WC in the bedroom. (Attic Floor) Also will be added cinema room this year.
There are Table tennis, Pool table, PinBall, Sandbag, Pilates exercise ball, dumbbell and various tools. (Attic floor)

American style, kitchen has all the tools and equipment that can meet your needs during your vacation.

With the converting of the sofa bed in the teen bedroom into a bed, the accommodation capacity increases to 7 people.

Living room is decorated with stylish and comfortable sofa sets. The living room has a satellite receiver, modem for internet, TV, dining table for 6 people and air conitioning.

Wi-Fi is available.

All rooms and the living room has a Air-Con.

Our villa is represented to its guests clean and has a set of clean linens and towels for 6 people. Extra cleaning sheets, pillow covers, etc. your needs are subject to a fee.

There is a sheltered private swimming pool. The length is 10 meters, the width is 3.50 meters, the depth is 1.40 meters, there is a children's pool integrated into the main pool. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.
 There is a heated indoor pool suitable for winter months. The length is 4.50 meters, the width is 1.70 meters, the depth is 1.20 meters, there is also a bath / WC by the pool. 
 The pool heating system is available in the INDOOR POOL. The maximum heat level that indoor pools with heating feature will reach is 30 ° C at the highest.

Villa South has a sheltered swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, garden dining table and chairs, bathroom / WC, barbecue and basketball hoop.

Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the villa rental price.  Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, which are located in nature. Despite this; butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is a possibility.

 A  security deposit of 1000 TL is required on arrival. The deposit is refunded on departure unless there is  problem such as broken, damaged or lost.

To our villas; Arrival time to the villa is 16:00 in the afternoon. Departure time from the villa is 10:00 in the morning. During these hours, the general cleaning of our villa is done. We would like to point out that if you check in to the villa early, we cannot help. We request you, our valuable holidaymakers, to enter and exit the villa at specified times.
